ROBUST CONSTRUCTION FOR SPECIAL TASKS

The PP35-8825 trailer is equipped with a parking and overrun brake. Its stable structure is guaranteed by a specially designed guide with wheels and keel rollers, located along the loading surface. The entire structure is connected by five transverse supports, the location of which can be freely adjusted.

In the frame, we can regulate the arrangement of supports, sets of wheels and bottom rollers. Individual adjustment of these elements is important, in particular in case of trailer rentals and companies transporting boats, yachts and similar equipment.

PRACTICAL SOLUTIONS

Thanks to the LIGHT UP system used on the trailer, it can easily be submerged in water. The system enables failure-free opening and closing of the trailer's rear lamps. It works on the basis of LED lamps and bayonet connectors, which are fully sealed.

The steel elements of the trailer have been hot-dip galvanized. This process protects the material against mechanical damages and corrosion. Thanks to this and the previously described LIGHT UP system, the trailer can be easily immersed in water or stored outdoors, in the rain. However, we should remember about regular cleaning and maintenance, especially when the trailer comes into contact with salt water.

A two-axle boat trailer offers the ability to independently adjust the position of the axle depending on the center of gravity of the transported load. This model also has a WPS (Waterproof system), i.e. an additional sealing of the hubs. This prevents water from getting into the bearings. This provides longer life and slower wear of the hubs and the axles.

 

 

MORE POSSIBILITIES

The PP35-8825 is a large trailer designed for transporting boats and yachts of medium size and weight. Thanks to its dimensions and GVM up to 3500 kg, it can carry a load weighing nearly 2700 kg. Although the standard length of the trailer allows to transport a boat up to almost 8 m long (exactly 7.8 m), thanks to the lamp extension system used on the trailer, its possibilities are increased by as much as 80 cm, allowing you to transport cargo up to 8.6 m.

The trailer does not have a rear bumper beam. However, it was equipped with the so-called cradle and wheels to assist in bringing the boat in and out of the trailer.

STABLE HOLDING OF THE BOAT

The PP35-8823 trailer is a braked model equipped with two axles designed for transporting heavy boats and yachts. It allows you to load boats weighing above 2800 kg and having a length until of 8.1 m. PP35-8825 posiada stabilną, podwójną ramę, na której osadzone są dwa typy wsporników bocznych: podwójne i poczwórne. W każdym z nich zamontowane są poliuretanowe koła. Pośrodku ramy, wzdłuż jej boków, umieszczona jest dodatkowa prowadnica, która usztywnia i stabilizuje konstrukcję. Na prowadnicy rozmieszczone są podparcia denne w postaci pięciu zestawów kół poliuretanowych oraz tzw. kołyski wyposażonej w trzy rolki denne oraz trzy zestawy kół.

A cradle and a system of wheels on the guide help in placing and later unloading the load from the trailer.

The front side supports can be adjusted in height, rotated by 90 degrees and also the method of attachment can be changed. Similar solutions are used in case of the middle and rear brackets, but here we can additionally adjust the angle of their inclination from 60 to 90 degrees.

The polyurethane wheels used on the trailer are highly resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage. Their extraordinary advantage is also that they do not leave marks or scratches on the boat.

NOTE: Due to the nature of the material of the side and bottom support wheels, they may differ in colour from those shown in the photos.

PRACTICAL ACCESSORIES AND EQUIPMENT OF A BOAT TRAILER

For the convenience of use, the trailer has as standard (apart from the previously described) accessories such as: an adjustable winch post with a manual belt winch, a soft bow, a support wheel, cradle and side supports system.  

Our customers often decide on additional equipment in the form of shock absorbers with fasteners, polyurethane bow and polyurethane bottom rollers, spare wheel with fastening, aluminum rims, drum washing, boat guidance system, anti-skid side step, additional set of belt fasteners, anti-theft protection or supports adjustable to the side wheels.

We offer individual modification of brackets in the trailer by placing additional:

• adjustable side supports with two wheels;
• adjustable side supports with four wheels.

Note: Boats and yachts with non-standard constructions or converted to individual orders require individual settings of brackets and wheels.

We also carry out our own customer requests, according to which we can make a trailer painted in white or black.
