FLATBED CAR TRAILERS STANDARD

 

The vehicle has tilting platform, equipped with 2 castles front
with security for closing while driving and entry ramps perforated and embossed sheet metal of the „LOHR” type. The ramps are made of aluminum, which guarantees their durability, while at the same time not excessively burdening the entire vehicle. Thanks to welding, it has durable body and frame. Its construction is protected against corrosion by hot-dip galvanizing. The tilting ramp and trailer hitch are made of closed profiles, which gives the entire trailer rigidity and stability, and guarantees a long lifespan and trouble-free operation. The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers, which facilitate the loading and unloading of the vehicle. Optionally, the car carrier can be equipped with a single or double-acting hydraulic pump.

The PL27-4521 car carrier has a GVW of 2700 kg, therefore its load capacity enables transporting goods weighing up to 1957 kilograms having the length up to 4.4 and the width up to 2 meters. The car carrier is equipped with 2 braked axles. The overrun gangway plates are made of aluminium with a thickness of 4 mm, additionally they have pressed holes intended for attaching the hooks of the transport belts.

 

 

 

EQUIPMENT

 

The trailer, as standard, includes a support wheel, manual 1135 kg winch, wedges for blocking trailer wheels as well as overrun and parking brakes. Optionally, it can also be equipped with floor fillings made of riffled aluminium plate or anti-slip plywood, shock absorbers for axles, electric winch, hydraulic pump, wheel locks for the transported vehicle.
