SINGLE-AXLE TRAILER FOR BOAT TRANSPORT

 

PP10-6023 is a single-axle, a braked trailer on which you can easily safely and stably transport watercraft of small and medium size. It has a GVW of up to 1000 kg and allows you to transport cargo weighing up to just over 600 kg.

The boat trailer is made of a closed steel profile. In addition to the stable frame, its body consists of three transverse supports, the arrangement of which can be adjusted depending on the type of the transported boat. The keel rollers are placed on the supports.

The steel elements have been covered with a layer of hot-dip zinc, to increase the resistance to rust. Additionally, the galvanized material is more resistant to mechanical damages.

 

CLEVER SOLUTIONS

The trailer PP10-6023 has the option of shifting the rear lamps by an additional 90 cm. As a result, the loading surface extends from 4.8 to 5.7 meters. Additionally, the trailer has the ability to independently set the position of the axis in relation to the frame. Thanks to both of these properties, we can easily transport boats of different sizes and centers of gravity.

In addition to the above-mentioned functionalities, the trailer is equipped with a system of retractable and tilting lighting, thanks to which the lamps open without any problems when the boat is loaded or unloaded from the trailer. In addition, the rear part of the trailer with lamps is fully submersible, by using LED lighting with Bayonet connectors, which are fully sealed. The trailer hubs are also sealed (Waterproof System), and protecting the bearings against water. This extends the service life of the bearings, hubs and axles.

EASY LOADING AND STABLE HOLDING OF THE BOAT*

The trailer is equipped with a set of movable wheelson steel rims and keel rollers (so-called cradle). The cradle, when the load enters the trailer, tilts and adjusts to the hull, helping the boat to enter and position properly on the trailer. Then, it closes when loading is completed.

The PP10-6023 trailer has two sets of double side supports equipped with polyurethane wheels, mounted on the plastic rims. Both, the wheels and the supports are adjustable in terms of their arrangement and the method of fixing. It allows to adapt the trailer to the type and size of the transported cargo.

The polyurethane wheels used in the trailer have high abrasion resistance and leave no marks on the boat. They are light and resistant to mechanical damages. Due to their size, they have a large contact surface with the transported cargo, which affects the stability of the maintenance activities.

The trailer is equipped as standard with a belt winch, cradle and a system of rollers, which allows for quick and trouble-free loading and unloading of a boat, motor boat, small yacht or other water vessel.

PRACTICAL ACCESSORIES FOR THE BOAT TRAILER

We equipped our trailer as standard with a bunch of accessories such as LED lamps, adjustable winch post with manual belt winch, soft bow, support wheel, cradle and adjustable side supports with two wheels.

Customers who value comfort can equip the trailer with shock absorbers with a special mounting system, polyurethane bow and polyurethane bottom roller, spare wheel with mounting, aluminum rims, rinsing drums, boat guidance system, anti-skid side step, an additional set of belt fasteners, anti-theft protection, adjustable supports for the side wheels.

We are able to adjust the parameters of our trailers to the individual expectations of customers, so we allow modifications by adding adjustable side supports with two wheels.

Those, who like a non-standard solutions can order a trailer painted in white or black.
