It is a safe and proven means to transport the car to any place. With integrated overrun gangways, the transported vehicle can easily enter or go down. It is suitable for both personal (individual) and fully professional use (car workshops, roadside assistance).
TRAILER WITH INTEGRATED OVERRUNS A COMFORTABLE SOLUTION
It is the smallest of the tow trucks with a GVW of 3,000 kg. The vehicle has a tilting platform with integrated ramps that create an approach angle of 11.7about. Ramps and gangways are made of perforated and embossed "LOHR" sheet metal. The model is equipped with LIGHT SIDE system, which is responsible for tilting the rear lamps, which protects them against possible damage when entering or returning the car. The run-on frame tilts by gravity.
SOLID CONSTRUCTION
The frame and body of the model are fully welded, which affects their strength and guarantees the reliability of the vehicle. The structure is protected by hot galvanizing, with which the steel receives a protective layer that strengthens it against mechanical damage and corrosion. The tilting ramp and drawbar of the car carrier are made of hollow sections, which gives rigidity and stability to the entire car carrier and affects its long life and trouble-free operation.
The PL30-5021 car carrier has a GVW of 3000 kg, therefore its load capacity enables transporting goods weighing up to 2281 kilograms having the length up to 5 and the width up to 2.01 meters. The car carrier is equipped with 2 braked axles.
The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers that facilitate loading and unloading the vehicle. Optionally, the car carrier can be equipped with a one- or two-way hydraulic pump.
EQUIPMENT
The trailer, as standard, includes a support wheel, manual 1135 kg winch, wedges for blocking trailer wheels as well as overrun and parking brakes. Optionally, it can also be equipped with floor fillings made of riffled aluminium plate or anti-slip plywood, shock absorbers for axles, electric winch, hydraulic pump, wheel locks for the transported vehicle.
