SOLID AND LIGHTWEIGHT CONSTRUCTION IN PPA20‑7925

The construction is based on aluminum, screwed profiles, which guarantee high rigidity and low empty weight. The trailer is adapted to transport boats up to 6839 mm, with a load capacity of 1447 kg.

Optional powder coating protects steel elements against the effects of salt water and harsh weather conditions. Braked axles and a wheelbase of 900 mm contribute to increased stability when maneuvering.

BOAT MOUNTING AND GUIDING SYSTEM

PPA20‑7925 was equipped with adjustable post with manual winch and bow roller, making it easier to winch and launch the boat. The outriggers and stem are adjustable, allowing the trailer to fit various hull shapes.

Skids made of abrasion-resistant material are friendly to the boat's surface - they do not stain the hull and effectively absorb vibrations during transport. Bottom roller helps guide the hull along the frame.

EASY TO USE AND PROTECT COMPONENTS

PPA20‑7925 was created with comfortable use in mind – thanks to, among other things, steps covered with EVA material, which are soft and non-slip. Waterproof bearings with WPS system effectively protect wheel hubs against moisture, increasing the durability of the running gear.

Optionally, the model can be equipped with spare wheel, shock absorbers and RUPD bumper, which improves safety during road transport.

LED LIGHTING IN THE PPA20‑7925 TRAILER

The rear lighting is based on tilting LED lamp systemwhich enable them to be safely submerged during launching. bayonet connectors are fully sealed and adapted to work in a humid environment.

These solutions guarantee the durability of the electrical system and reliable operation of the lighting – even with frequent use of water ramps.
