FLATBED CAR TRAILERS STANDARD

 

The vehicle has a tilting platform, equipped with 2 front locks with a safety device for closing while driving, as well as overrun gangways made of perforated and pressed sheets of the "LOHR" type. Overrun gangways are made of aluminium, which guarantees their durability, while not overloading the entire vehicle. The trailer has a solid body and frame due to welding. Its structure is protected against corrosion by hot galvanizing. The tilting ramp and drawbar of the car carrier are made of hollow sections, which gives rigidity and stability to the entire car carrier and guarantees its long life and trouble-free operation. The tilting ramp is equipped with shock absorbers that facilitate loading and unloading the vehicle. Optionally, the car carrier can be equipped with a one- or two-way hydraulic pump.

The PL27-5521 car carrier has a GVW of 2700 kg, therefore its load capacity enables transporting goods weighing up to 1894 kilograms having the length up to 5.4 and the width up to 2 meters. The car carrier is equipped with 2 braked axles. The overrun gangway plates are made of aluminium with a thickness of 4 mm, additionally they have pressed holes intended for attaching the hooks of the transport belts.

EQUIPMENT

The standard trailer includes a support wheel , a 1135 kg manual winch , wedges for blocking the trailer wheels , an overrun brake and a parking brake . Optionally, it can also be equipped with a floor filling made of checkered aluminum sheet or anti-slip plywood, sides, shock absorbers for the axles, an electric winch, a hydraulic pump, and wheel locks for the transported vehicle.
