The design of the trailer is based on durable, aluminum profiles, which provide high corrosion resistance, while reducing its own weight. The whole thing has been additionally protected with powder paint, which increases the durability of the elements even with intensive use in the marine environment. Additional solutions such as a double drawbar and internal wheel covers protect the transported boat from water splashes.

Model PPA15‑7023 equipped with skids covered with abrasion-resistant material that does not mark the hull, which support the boat during transport. Their shock-absorbing surface protects the bottom of the vessel from micro-impacts. Additional movable keel wheels automatically adapt to the shape of the hull, which significantly improves stability.

 

EASY TO USE AND ADJUST

The standard includes belt winch, which ensures comfortable pulling and launching of the boat. The possibility of adjusting the stem and supports allows the trailer to be adapted to different types of boats. Optional self-retracting lashing straps make it even easier to safely prepare for transport.

The trailer is equipped with a modern axle with a system WPS (Waterproof System). This is an additional sealing of the hubs, which protects their bearings from water ingress. This allows to significantly extend the life of the bearings, hubs and the axles themselves. This solution increases the reliability of the trailer, especially in conditions of frequent launching of the boat or use in a humid environment.

The trailer for transporting boats, dinghies and small yachts is equipped with an original retractable lamp system, which allows them to be unfolded during loading or unloading of the unit. Thanks to this, the rear part of the trailer can be safely submerged, without the risk of damaging the lighting system. The applied LED lamps and a fully sealed bayonet connector ensure water resistance and long service life of the entire electrical system – even with regular watering.

The PPA15‑7023 version also stands out visually – it offers aluminum rims as standard. Steps covered with EVA polyurethane they provide an aesthetic finish and comfort of use – they are soft and non-slip. The enclosed stem with built-in winch gives the trailer a modern and professional look.
