PPA30‑9325 is a durable, two-axle boat trailer from the SELECT LINE, designed for transporting large boats up to 8.2 m long. The aluminum construction, waterproof bearings, a system of tilting LED lights and a high load capacity guarantee safe use even in demanding conditions.

TWO-AXLE BOAT TRAILER

PPA30‑9325 is an aluminum trailer from the SELECT LINE series, designed for the safe and comfortable transport of large vessels - including motor boats and yachts up to 8.2 meters.

Thanks to the increased load capacity (2392 kg) and a robust two-axle construction, this model can be successfully used by both individual users and professionals operating commercial transport. The trailer combines high functionality with modern design, meeting the needs of even the most demanding boaters.

CONSTRUCTION RESISTANT TO EXTREME CONDITIONS

The trailer frame is made of profiled aluminum with a bolted modular system – this solution not only facilitates servicing, but above all increases the structure’s resistance to corrosion and the effects of the marine environment.

The whole thing was set on two braked axles with a wheelbase of 900 mm, which ensures excellent stability while driving – even with a heavy load. The external dimensions of the trailer (2485 × 9363 × 1604 mm) allow for comfortable and safe transport of long hulls with a wide spacing of supports.

In the additional version it is possible to use powder coating, which increases the resistance of steel elements to salt water and mechanical damage.

BOAT MOUNTING AND GUIDING SYSTEM

PPA30‑9325 has been equipped with a number of solutions that facilitate the adaptation of the trailer to various types of hulls – including adjustable stem with manual winch, winch post and bow rollerThanks to them, it is possible to easily adjust the support points to a specific vessel.

Additional bottom roller, located centrally, aids in steering the boat when pulling onto a trailer, increasing hull stability and facilitating launching operations. All contact elements are made of abrasion-resistant materials that do not mark the hull surface.

EASY TO USE AND LONG-TERM RELIABILITY

Thanks steps covered with EVA material, the user is provided with safe and convenient access to the unit – even in wet or slippery conditions. The soft, non-slip material not only improves user comfort but also enhances the trailer's aesthetic appeal.

The trailer was also equipped with waterproof bearings with WPS (Waterproof System) seal, which effectively protect the hubs and bearings from water ingress. This solution significantly increases the durability and reliability of the entire drive system, especially when the boat is frequently launched.

On request, it is also possible to retrofit the trailer with shock absorbers, spare wheel with mounting, RUPD bumper or anti-theft protection system, which increases the comfort of everyday use and road safety.

LED LIGHTING SYSTEM

Like all SELECT LINE trailers, the PPA30‑9325 is equipped with a modern tilting LED lamp systemIt allows for safe and quick extension of the lighting during launching, without the risk of damage or flooding the installation.

Thanks to the use of tight bayonet joints, the entire electrical system remains resistant to moisture, which is especially important when the rear of the trailer is regularly submerged in water. This is a reliable and durable solution that significantly improves comfort and safety.
