PP75-5916 is a lightweight single-axle, unbraked trailer. It has a GVW of 750 kg, and because it weighs almost 200 kilograms, you can load a boat weighing up to approx. 550 kg and up to 5 meters long.

 

RELIABLE CONSTRUCTION

The loaded water-craft is placed and secured on a solid and strong structure made of the welded steel profiles. In addition, the whole construction is strengthened by three transverse supports.

The trailer uses two types of side supports - single and double - equipped with durable and strong rollers. The position of the supports can be adjusted both in terms of their height and angle of inclination. Additionally, to securely and safely hold the boat, the PP75-5916 model is equipped with three bottom rollers. The system of side and bottom supports guarantees stable positioning of the transported load, and thanks to the elimination of the rear bumper beam, the trailer is more functional in use.

The metal elements have been hot-dip galvanized, thanks to which the steel receives a protective layer that strengthens it against corrosion and to some extent against mechanical damages. Therefore, it can easily stand in the rain or drive into the water. However, it is important to clean the trailer regularly, especially when it comes into contact with the salt water.

On request, the trailer is available in white or black lacquered version.

Our trailer comes standard with accessories such as LED lights, adjustable winch post with manual belt winch, soft bow, PVC bow roller, support wheel and adjustable side supports. You can also retrofit it with a set of belt fasteners (4 pcs.), spare wheel with fasteners, anti-slip side step, anti-theft protection, stem, shock absorbers with fasteners, adjustable supports for side wheels.

The trailer is protected against corrosion by a layer of hot-dip galvanizing. Optionally, it can be painted white, black or other colour from the RAL palette. This allows you to adjust its appearance to your own needs and style.

This situation occurs most often in new car models and is caused by the low power consumption that is characteristic of LED technology. In order for the trailer lights to function correctly, the towbar must be equipped with an additional module supporting LED lighting (the trailer must be equipped with CANBUS system lamps available from our company).
