The PW27-3018 is a high-tech kipper trailer designed for the toughest transportation tasks. With a permissible total weight (GVW) amounting to 2700 kg and dead weight 843 kg, the vehicle offers an impressive payload capacity in excess of 1850 kg. The two-axle design guarantees exceptional handling stability and maneuvering confidence, even when fully loaded on rough terrain. .

3-WAY KIPPING SYSTEM

A key differentiator of the model is the system 3-way tipping with a tilt angle of 45°. Efficient and fast unloading is responsible for efficient and fast unloading, 4-stage single actuator. The trailer is equipped with a dedicated battery and two external charging pins, allowing full autonomous operation without the need for a permanent connection to the towing vehicle.

The floor of the trailer was made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm, which provides extreme resistance to mechanical damage and the corrosive effects of the weather. Aluminum sides with height 35 cm with removable posts allow the trailer to be quickly reconfigured, making it easier to side load or transport items of non-standard size.

The trailer comes standard with an innovative system 3-way tipping about the tilt angle 45° at side tipping and as many as 49° when tipping backwards. which, combined with an efficient, 4-stage hydraulic cylinder provides instant and precise unloading of materials. Autonomy of work is guaranteed by own battery, and with two external charging pins, replenishing energy is simple and does not require removing the battery.

The solidity of the structure is highlighted by floor made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal 3 mm thick, and lightweight but durable aluminum sides (35 cm) with a system of removable posts, which allows for quick adaptation of the cargo space. The safety of transportation is taken care of by 6 retractable floor hitches to the belts, while stability during loading and parking is provided by the two rear supports Together with a support wheel. The whole set is complemented by modern, durable LED lighting, plastic wheel chocks and 14" steel rims
