Model PW27-3618 is a specialized dump trailer (tipper) designed for those who need a larger loading area without compromising on payload capacity. With an extended to 3.6 meters This model is ideally suited for transporting long building materials, larger quantities of aggregate, or unusually sized machinery. GVW 2700 kg in its own mass 913 kg, the trailer offers a robust construction capable of withstanding daily, intensive use.

3-WAY KIPPING SYSTEM

Similar to smaller models in the series, the PW27-3618 dump trailer is equipped with an advanced hydraulic system that allows three-way rollover (back and sides) at an angle 45° at side tipping and as many as 49° when tipping backwards. Application of a powerful, 4-stage actuator ensures smooth operation even under full load. The whole unit is powered by own batterywhich allows for operation independent of the towing vehicle, and external pins facilitate quick battery recharging without the need for disassembly.

The frame and floor of a dump trailer, made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm, guarantee many years of resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage. Aluminum bulkheads (35 cm) are in fully detachablewhich, combined with retractable floor-mounted tie-down anchors, makes this dump truck an extremely versatile transport tool.

EQUIPMENT

Standard equipment PW27-3618

The PW27-3018 dump trailer is standardly equipped with an innovative system 3-way tipping of a 45° tilt angle, which in combination with an efficient, 4-stage hydraulic cylinder provides fast side unloading of bulk materials on three sides.

Full independence is guaranteed by own battery with two external charging pins, allowing the tipper to operate in any conditions. A solid base is provided by Hot-dip galvanized steel plate floor (3 mm) and light aluminum sides (35 cm) with removable posts, facilitating side loading.

Security is provided by 6 retractable floor hitches to the lanes two rear supports stabilizing the vehicle and modern LED lightingThe set is complemented by a support wheel, plastic wheel chocks, and 14-inch steel rims.
