UNIVERSAL BOARD TRAILER

The STX495I flatbed trailer, with a GVM of 1,350 kg, was designed for the effective transport of various loads, including vehicles such as quads and scooters. It is an excellent choice for active people who need an easy way to transport equipment, while being both durable and practical.

As single-axle model, with braking system, net weight of 484 kg, STX495I allows the transportation of loads weighing up to approximately 860 kg. It has parking and overrun brakes, which ensures safety both when standing and driving. Additionally, the support wheel makes it easier to maneuver.

With a front and rear tilt mechanism and a 9.5-degree tilt angle, the STX495I makes loading and unloading easy, especially with heavy or unusual loads. Solid construction, welded drawbar and platform ensure the stability and durability of the entire device.

EQUIPMENT OF THE STX495I SIDE TRAILER

The STX495I trailer has spacious loading area, protected by 25 cm high steel sides. Both the front and rear sides open and can be fully removed, making access to the cargo area easier. The side boards are permanently attached. Unlike standard models, this trailer does not have wheels protruding beyond the platform, which increases its capacity.

The steel structure of the trailer is covered with a layer of passivated zinc, ensuring durability and protection against corrosion and mechanical damage, maintaining its aesthetic appearance for longer.

The loading platform is made of non-slip, waterproof plywood, ensuring safety of the transported cargo even in difficult weather conditions. Standard installed LED lighting increases visibility and safety. Black front and rear covers not only improve the appearance, but also protect against mechanical damage.

Inside the trailer there are 8 strong hooks that can be used to secure the load. The trailer is equipped with an overrun and parking brake, which increases control and safety while driving and parking. Thanks to the support wheel, maneuvering is much easier. The floor made of waterproof and anti-slip plywood ensures easy loading and safety of the transported goods even in difficult conditions. LED lamps installed as standard provide better visibility and road safety. Front and rear black covers made of plastic emphasize the modern appearance of the model and protect against mechanical damage, especially during intensive use. The covers are placed both on the outside and inside of the front and rear sides.

ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT

For the STX495I model, in order to additionally protect the transported goods, the manufacturer has provided an aluminum, tight casing that can be opened. There is an option to reduce the approach angle by replacing the standard rear board with a half- or full gangway, enabling entry to the trailer without having to tilt the platform. To increase safety, you can retrofit the trailer with: anti-theft protection, spare wheel with mounting and axle shock absorbers. There is also an option additional painting in black, which not only gives it a modern look, but also increases resistance to external factors.
