DUMP TRAILER / TIPPER PW35-3016 CONTAINER

The PW35-3016 CONTAINER tipping trailer is the strongest variant in the Lorries container tipping series, offering a gross vehicle weight (GVW) amounting to 3500 kg. The trailer has been adapted for intensive use in the construction and municipal sectors, offering a cargo space with internal dimensions 2.98 m long, 1.6 m wide and 0.5 m high container sides. With a dead weight of approx. 900 kg, the vehicle provides maximum payload with full stability thanks to its two braked axles.

3-WAY KIPPING SYSTEM

The device is equipped with hot-dip galvanized container featuring rear tipping. The unloading process is carried out by an efficient, 4-stage single hydraulic cylinder. The system has an autonomous power supply from own battery, which is included as standard equipment. Two charging pins are brought out to the outside of the trailer, allowing quick battery service without having to open the cover boxes.

CONSTRUCTION AND DURABILITY PW35-3016

The base of the trailer was made of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm, which provides extreme resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage when loading heavy materials.

At the heart of the vehicle is a robust, hot-dip galvanized container Equipped with a precision rear tipping system that is operated by an efficient, 4-stage hydraulic cylinder.

A key advantage of this tipper trailers with container is full operational independence - it is provided by own battery integrated into the loading system via external pins. Safe transport of bulk and bulky cargo is guaranteed by a container with a 3 mm thick sheets and the system 6 retractable floor hitches For stabilization with transportation belts.

To ensure maximum safety while stationary, each tipper trailer container has two rear supports and a support wheel for easy maneuvering. The modern standard of finish is complemented by a full LED lighting, durable 14 inch wheels with steel rims and plastic safety wedges under the wheels.
