SPECIAL PURPOSE TRAILER PW27-3016 CONTAINER

The PW27-3016 CONTAINER tipper trailer is characterized by a maximum permissible gross weight (GVW) amounting to 2700 kg. This model is designed for the construction and municipal sector, offering a loading space of 2.9 m long and 1.6 m wide, with the height of the sides of the container being 0,5 m. With a dead weight of 843 kg, the vehicle provides high payload capacity and stability thanks to the use of two braked axles.

49° BACKWARD KIPPING SYSTEM

The device is equipped with an integrated hot-dip galvanized container featuring tilt back. The smooth tipping process is the responsibility of 4-stage single hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic system has an autonomous power supply of own battery, which is part of the standard equipment. In addition, two charging pins are located on the outside of the trailer, which makes it possible to operate the battery without opening the cover boxes.

CONSTRUCTION AND DURABILITY

The structure is based on a floor of hot-dip galvanized sheet metal with a thickness of 3 mm, which guarantees resistance to corrosion and intensive mechanical use. The structure is extremely resistant to point impacts and abrasion, which significantly extends the life of the trailer in harsh construction conditions.

Tipper trailer version CONTAINER comes standard with a solid hot-dip galvanized container with a rear tipping system supported by a powerful 4-stage hydraulic cylinder. Full operational independence is provided by own battery With charging pins brought out to the outside. The safety of the load is guaranteed by 6 retractable floor hitches For attaching belts. The entire container, including the floor and side walls, was made of 3 mm thick hot-dip galvanized sheet metal. Stabilization during stopping and loading is provided by two rear supports As well as a support wheel. The set is completed with a full LED lighting, 14-inch wheels with steel rims, and plastic safety wedges.
