Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection - GDPR), we would like to inform you that:

- The data is collected for the purposes of conducting the recruitment process. The legal basis for data processing is:
- art. 6 section 1 letter a) - consent of the person whose data is processed in the scope of data that is not required by law,
- art. 6 section 1 letter b) and c) - in terms of providing data necessary to conclude a contract and data required by labor law provisions from the candidate.
- Personal data will be made available to entities intermediating in the transmission of applications, entities handling e-mail and entities whose software is used by the Data Administrator to process the data contained in the CV and entities authorized under the law.
- You have the following rights:
- the right to access the data content (in accordance with Art. 15 of GDPR);
- the right to correct the data (in accordance with Art. 16 of GDPR);
- the right to delete the data (in accordance with Art. 17 of GDPR);
- the right to limit the data processing (in accordance with Art. 18 of GDPR);
- the right to transfer the data (in accordance with Art. 20 of GDPR);
- the right to object (in accordance with Art. 21 of GDPR);
- the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
- the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data) if you find that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to present your professional profile.
- Consent to data processing may be withdrawn by sending an e-mail to the address provided during the recruitment process or to the address indicated in point 8 below or in paper form to the following address: iod@hitze.pl. Withdrawal of consent means no participation in the recruitment process and deletion of your application.
- The information you provide is not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
- The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
- The data will be stored until the selected candidate accepts or rejects the job offer, and then for 6 months in order to defend against possible claims, unless you consent to participate in further recruitment processes, then the data contained in the application documents will be stored for 1 year. from the date of their receipt.

Please add the following clause:
