TRAILER PLS27-4521

 

Car transporter with a lowered rear PLS27-4521 was designed for users who expect greater payload capacity and simpler operationwhile maintaining the functionality known from tilt-bed trailers.

In this model, the platform tilt mechanism was omitted in order to reduce tare weight to simplify the construction. In its place, it was used Chopped backwho reduces the approach angle and facilitates the loading of passenger cars and vehicles with standard ground clearance.

Model PLS-4521 is available in three versions DMC: 2700, 3000, and 3500 kg, depending on the configuration. The trailer's payload is from 2103 to 2825 kgwhich allows for the transport of vehicles lengths up to 4.5 m and widths up to 2.15 mThis solution offers a compromise between low weight, solid construction, and high functionality for daily use.

The platform is equipped with Lohr type aluminum perforated sheet rampswhich, after loading is complete, are retracted under the trailer surface. The ramps are made of 4 mm thick sheets, With perforated holes for attaching lashing straps, ensuring secure and stable immobilization of the transported vehicle

 

 

 

EQUIPMENT

 

As standard, the trailer is equipped with two braked axles, R10 wheels, overrun and parking brake, jockey wheel and HAND WINCH KNOTT 1300 LBS (590 KG)The trailer can optionally be equipped with axle dampers with mounting, aerodynamic front fairing (aeroshield), toolbox mounted in the front and certified mounting kit according to VDI 2700 standardwhich includes wheel chocks, cargo straps, and a utility sticker.

There is also the possibility of applying Aluminum checkered plate flooring infills or choose the version with electric winchwhich increases the comfort and range of applications of the trailer.
