LIGHT TRAILER FOR BOAT AND MOTORBOATS

PP75-5516 is a light single-axle trailer, unbraked. It has a GVM of 750 kg, and because it weighs nearly 200 kg, it can be loaded with a boat weighing up to approx. 750 kg and a length of up to 5 meters.

RELIABLE CONSTRUCTION

The loaded water-craft is placed and secured on a solid and strong structure made of the welded steel profiles. In addition, the whole construction is strengthened by three transverse supports.

The trailer uses two types of side supports - single and double - equipped with heavy-duty and durable rollers. The position of the supports can be adjusted both in terms of their height and the angle of inclination. Additionally, for the safe and secure maintenance of the boat, the PP75-5516 is equipped with four bottom rollers. The system of side and bottom supports guarantees a stable seating of the transported load, and thanks to the elimination of the rear bumper beam, the trailer is more functional in use.

The metal elements have been hot-dip galvanized, thanks to which the steel receives a protective layer that strengthens it against corrosion and to some extent against mechanical damages. Therefore, it can easily stand in the rain or drive into the water. However, it is important to clean the trailer regularly, especially when it comes into contact with the salt water.

On request, the trailer is available in white or black lacquered version.

CLEVER SOLUTIONS

The trailer is equipped with a system of tilting lighting, thanks to which the lamps open without any problems when the boat is loaded or unloaded from the trailer. The trailer is fully submersible due to the use of LED lighting with Bayonet type connectors that are impermeable to liquids. The trailer hubs are also sealed (Waterproof System), and protecting the bearings against water. This extends the service life of the bearings, hubs and axles. Additionally, depending on the center of gravity in the trailer, user can ourselves adjust the axle alignment in relation to the frame.

This model is equipped as standard with holders that allow to securely and confidently fasten the load with straps. The trailer can be equipped with additional 4 holders, which will allow even better and more effective hooking of the boat from each side.

STANDARD AND ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES

Our standard trailer has, among others such accessories as LED lamps, adjustable winch post with manual belt winch, soft bow, support wheel and adjustable side supports. It can also be equipped with a set of belt fasteners (4 pcs.), spare wheel with fastening, boat guidance system, longitudinal gangway, anti-skid side step, anti-theft protection, polyurethane bottom rollers, side rollers, stem, shock absorbers with mounting system, adjustable supports for side wheels.

The trailer can be painted in white or black color.

Note: In some car models, the trailer LED lighting may not work properly. This situation occurs most often in new car models and is caused by the low power consumption of LED technology. In order for the lights to work properly in the trailer, the hook should be equipped with an additional module for LED lighting. Lorries does not supply this module on produced trailers.
