GDPR INFORMATION OBLIGATION
Ladies and Gentlemen,
The privacy of our customers is extremely important and we want you to feel comfortable also regarding the security of your personal data.
Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Regulation on data protection - OJ EU.L.2016.119.1 - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), I inform you that the administrator of your personal data is STALKO Sp. z o. o. sp.k. (hereinafter referred to as STALKO), ul. Solec 24/253, 00-403 Warsaw, NIP: 9482603545, REGON: 361379132, KRS: 0000836475.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Regulation and Polish law in order to:
- implementation of a possible contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC [General Data Protection Regulation], hereinafter referred to as "GDPR");
- use of products and services offered by the Company (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- performance of concluded contracts for the sale of products and services, including the implementation of the concluded contract (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR);
- pursuing or defending against possible claims (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);
- for marketing purposes - if the Customer expresses separate consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR);
- for the purposes of sending the Company's commercial information electronically - if the Customer expresses separate consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the above purposes.
STALKO, will transfer your personal data to other recipients entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the benefit of STALKO. Entities entrusted with the processing of your personal data may process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR in a third country. These entities may also use other entities to process your personal data, which will process them in a third country.
The categories of recipients to whom STALKO has entrusted the processing of personal data also include: its subcontractors, suppliers and external entities cooperating with STALKO. Your personal data may also be sent to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and processed there. Each operation of transferring personal data is performed in accordance with applicable law. If data is transferred outside the EEA, STALKO applies an appropriate level of data protection.
Your data may be transferred to third countries and international organizations provided that entities based in these countries have implemented appropriate security measures for the processed personal data.
STALKO, will not disclose your personal data to other recipients, apart from those entrusted with the processing of personal data on behalf of and for the benefit of STALKO, unless it is obliged to disclose it under the provisions of law, or the disclosure results from the relationship between you and STALKO. .
How long will we process your data?
The data will be stored for the duration of the Customer's business relationship with STALKO, no later than 3 years from the end of these relationships, provided, however, that no later than until the Customer objects to such processing. When consent is the basis for processing, until it is withdrawn.
Customer data is not and will not be subject to profiling.
The processing of the Customer's personal data for marketing purposes is based on a separate consent.
The processing of personal data for the purposes of sending commercial information electronically is based on a separate consent.
What rights do you have?
You have the right to:
- access to your personal data and receive a copy of the personal data being processed;
- rectify your incorrect data;
- request deletion of data (right to be forgotten) in the event of the circumstances provided for in Art. 17 GDPR;
- request restriction of data processing in the cases indicated in Art. 18 GDPR;
- object to data processing in the cases indicated in Art. 21 GDPR;
- transferring the provided data, processed in an automated manner.
If you believe that your personal data are being processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, Warsaw).
