The trailer, on which you can easily transport a boat, motorboat or yacht, has a strong frame made of a closed profile. <\/strong> In addition, the profile has been stiffened by the use of four transverse supports and a guide located along the frame. There are four sets of bottom supports on the guide in the form of polyurethane wheels and bottom rollers. At the end of the guide there is a so-called a cradle, i.e. a movable set of keel rollers and wheels, which has three sets of wheels with bottom rollers. Its operation is limited to tilting when loading or unloading the boat from the trailer. Thanks to the winch and the side support system, placing the load is very convenient and does not require a lot of force.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The transported boat is supported on the sides on two doubble and four quadruple supports (two on each side). Durable polyurethane wheels are mounted on the supports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the center of the frame, along its sides, there is an guide, which stiffens and stabilizes the whole structure. The bottom supports and the so-called cradle are placed on the guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The polyurethane wheels used on the trailer are highly resistant to abrasion and mechanical damage<\/strong>. Their extraordinary advantage is also that they do not leave marks or scratches on the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our trailer is constructed in such a way that it can be easily adapted to various types of boats, motorboats and yachts. Thanks to the possibility of adjusting the position of the lower supports and side supports, it can be individually adapted to the user's needs. It is especially convenient and important for people who deal with the professional transport of water equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PP30-8025 model is designed to transport boats up to 7 meters long. However, thanks to the lamp extension system installed on the trailer, it can be easily and quickly adapted to the transport of cargo up to 7.8 m long. The maximum weight of the load should be apx. 2.3 tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the system of extending, opening and closing the lamps installed in the trailer, the trailer can easily submerged in the water when launching the boat. The rear lamp system is based on LED lighting and Bayonet connectors. Thanks to this, it is fully sealed<\/p>\n\n\n

The steel elements of the trailer have been hot-dip galvanized. This provides the anti-corrosive properties of the material and increases its resistance to the mechanical damages. However, we should remember about regular cleaning and maintenance, especially when the trailer comes into contact with salt water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A two-axle boat trailer offers the ability to independently adjust the position of the axle depending on the center of gravity of the transported load. This model also has a WPS (Waterproof system), i.e. an additional sealing of the hubs. This prevents water from getting into the bearings. This provides longer life and slower wear of the hubs and the axles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trailer has been equipped with a number of accessories, including adjustable winch post with manual belt winch, soft bow, support wheel, cradle and side support system. Additionally, it can be equipped with shock absorbers and fasteners, polyurethane bow and polyurethane bottom rollers, spare wheel with fastening system, aluminum rims, rinsing drums, boat guidance system, anti-skid side step, additional set of belt fasteners, anti-theft protection or adjustable support for side wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We also enable individual adjustment of the supports mounted on the trailer by adding adjustable side supports with two or four wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE:<\/strong> Due to the nature of the material of the side and bottom support wheels, they may differ in colour from those shown in the photos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note: Boats and yachts with non-standard constructions or converted to individual orders require individual settings of brackets and wheels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the standard galvanized version, the trailer is also available in white and black.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
