The trailer model PP15-7023 is equipped with a parking and overrun brake<\/strong>. Its stable and strong structure is made of a closed steel profile with a cross section of 80x40. The draw-bar is an integral part of the frame, which is reinforced thanks to the mounted three transverse supports. The location of the supports can be adjusted by yourself<\/strong>, which is particularly important in case of companies transporting boats of various types.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All steel elements of the trailer are hot-dip galvanized<\/strong>. As a result, the trailer is more durable, resistant to impacts and corrosion. In addition, a trailer that has been galvanized can easily stand in the rain or be submerged in water. However, it is important to clean the trailer regularly, especially when it comes into contact with the salt water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trailer for transporting boats, boats and small yachts has the original LIGHT UP system<\/strong>, which allows the rear lamps to be opened during loading or unloading operations. This solution allows the rear part of the trailer to be safely submerged in the water, so that its lighting system remains undamaged. All thanks to the LED lamps used in it and the bayonet connector, which is fully sealed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The boat trailer has the ability to adjust the position of the axle in relation to the center of gravity and the WPS system (Waterproof system) system<\/strong>. It is an additional sealing of the hubs, which protects the bearings against water ingress. This allows to significantly extend the life of the bearings, hubs and the axle itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is a trailer designed to transport boats and yachts of medium size and weight, but it allows also successful transport of the loads over 6 meters long. The lamp extension system used on the trailer means that from the standard length of 5.8 meters, its frame unfolds by an additional 80 cm to the size of 6.6 meters.<\/p>\n\n\n

In order to facilitate loading and unloading the trailer, we have eliminated the rear bumper beam and equipped it with the so-called cradle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The PP15-7023 trailer has two types of side supports - double and quadruple<\/strong>. Each of them has polyurethane wheels with a diameter of 260 mm on plastic rims. The cradle is equipped with two bottom rollers and two sets of polyurethane wheels with a diameter of 260 mm on steel rims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The polyurethane wheels used in the trailer are characterized by high strength, low weight, high resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage<\/strong>. Due to the use of a large diameter of the wheels, they have a larger contact surface with the transported load, which affects the stability of its transport. \nAn additional advantage of polyurethane wheels is that they do not leave any traces on the surface of the boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A cradle (a movable assembly of the rear keel rollers and wheels) helps guide the load onto the trailer<\/strong>. It works by tipping over and conforming to the boat hull as it steers onto the trailer. After loading is completed, it closes automatically. A similar but reverse process occurs when the boat is brought out of the trailer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
